Pros
They are not bankrupt. Seem to be fair paid but not treated as equal.
Cons
Seem to use fear as a motivator. If you bring up idea's that were not that of your manager or supervisor they are not looked at seriously. Other employee's will step on you to get what they want. Favoritism is out of control even if you have the answer they will ignore you over someone they seem to like better. Laid off tech's that new what they were doing and kept tech's with only a little over a month on the job and trying to learn.
