Pros

Excellent learning opportunity for new college hires. Everyone was friendly and I was able to find multiple mentors to to enrich my experience.

Cons

Layoffs.... They started the college hiring a few years ago to refresh the workforce because they haven't hired in years. Being one of those college hires as they slowly layoff others on your team every quarter is an awkward experience.

Pros

I've been working for the company for 20+ years and the pros I can think of are salary and benefits. Also, diversified cultures. Flexible work hours. Work From Home option available, upon approval.

Cons

Work-Life balance in IT department was not good. Good if you are in a good team with a good manager.
