Pros

Many co-workers were industry vets with a ton of experience in their relevant areas. Good opportunities to learn were common. My team was generally enthusiastic and welcoming.

Cons

Many employees are on the older side, especially relative to new grads. Things felt very slow at times given Verizon's very length approval processes. Compensation for tech roles are not competitive with the industry at large.

Pros- Salary, vacation, benefits and bonus

Cons

More acceptable to folks not in stores be home-based. This is a technology company and we should use the tools we have to be able to work remotely.
