Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this feedback. Regarding in-office work, we find our employees’ physical presence in the office to be an extremely valuable part of our culture and an asset to optimal learning and communication. We certainly respect those who prefer to work remotely, and to that end we continue to offer hybrid work schedules so that employees can work remotely part-time if they so choose. While we are happy to offer this flexibility on a part-time basis, we feel it's very difficult to completely replicate the energy of in-person meetings, the comradery of team building activities and the “accidental learning” that all come from working alongside your teammates in the office. Given the company’s philosophy, and with respect to the needs of our employees, we feel that the hybrid model offers the best of both worlds.
