Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We’re very glad to hear that you enjoy our company's benefits and appreciate your advice to management. Working from home and flexible/hybrid work schedules are topics that management has spent considerable time exploring, and ultimately we feel that our current policy, (2 days/week in the office and 3 days/week from home), provides a fair, healthy work/life balance. We understand that personal commitments and schedules can be more easily accommodated when working from home, and we want to provide that opportunity while ensuring that we still reap the many benefits of in-person work as well. We believe there are certain aspects of collaboration, camaraderie and “accidental learning” that happen when you work alongside your peers in the office, that are difficult to replicate remotely. We highly value the relationship and team-building moments that come from everyone being together. At the same time, we certainly acknowledge that not everyone feels the same about working from the office, which is why we’ve been happy to maintain our hybrid work policy for those who choose to take advantage of it. Thank you again for your review. We are always open to feedback - please feel free to reach out to human_resources_team@vtinfo.com at any time.

Comfortable job with good people in an interesting industry. Rewards those who stick around with ESOP.

Pros

I genuinely enjoy the people I work with. The challenges we face continue to steepen as the tech in our industry matures. Thus far we've done very well to keep pace, or even set the pace. So there is no shortage of interesting solutions to craft. The company is not owned by some mega finance group - it's owned by us, the employees (an ESOP). We get a share of the profits. There's more transparency overall. There's more motivation to deliver exellent products and services. Everyone cares more deeply about doing the right thing. Our profits are well diversified among the 3 major tiers of our industry. We cater to the extra small up through the Fortune 500s. The company is run well and our outlook is strong. Top-tier benefits including low cost healthcare, dental/eye benefits, FSA, HSA and easy expense reimbursements for training, education and supplies.

Cons

When you've been around for more than a few years, the perpetual challenge is migrations. They always creep up. We have our fair share of legacy systems that are in some stage of migration to more modern standards. So the balance of updating old vs starting new is key.
