Pros
I think the Executive Leadership team at Verra Mobility is focused on the right things. Over the past few years, there has been tremendous focus on employee engagement, addressing employee concerns related to benefits, reward and recognition and opportunities for growth and acceleration. Given the rapidly growing company, there are many opportunities for those that are high performers and deliver on their work commitments. Not only is the ELT focused on employees and a positive work environment and culture, as a business, the CEO and ELT are focused reinvesting into the business and growth organically and through M&A. I'm very excited to be at Verra Mobility and would encourage anyone who wants to be a part of something big and exciting, surrounded with great people, this is a company for you. And in any high growth company, the pace is fast, the expectations are high and that just means that change is inevitable, which I think is all positive.
Cons
It really bothers me to read the reviews that others have written about the ELT, the CPO and HR. Without the focus, vision and commitment to delivering on employees feedback and further creating a great work environment, Verra Mobility would not be the great place to work that it is today. My recommendation is to assess on your own by asking questions if you get the opportunity for an interview. Don't take the reviews posted by some angry employee seriously as those reviews are not representative of the broader employee perspective.
