Pros
Working at HTA means that the things you work on get used by millions of people. It's a lot of pressure to get things right and this company drives you to do the best work of your life. 5+ years later I'm still blown away by the talent and creativity of people I work with. There is such amazing camaraderie unlike anything I've seen at my previous companies. Every group works really well together and people really have each other's back.
Cons
It's a lot of work, teams are usually under pressure to deliver on strict timelines leading to high stress and long hours at certain times during the year.
