Pros

It's a satisfying job because you know you're trying to help protect people. Work with great people.

Cons

It can become mundane since you're doing the same thing everyday. Not a whole lot of room to move up.

Pros

Focus on health, to include free yoga classes at lunchtime and after work a few days a week, as well as boot camp, health insurance blood tests and fitness exams/consultations. Boot camp after work seasonally when it's not too warm! Also built a walking track. Aside from inter-office politics (very normal no matter where you work), I loved working in various positions here and found it to be very pleasant. They promote within, and all of the staff were very friendly when I worked there. Security is greatly appreciated - hired guards and mandatory badges to enter doors on all floors make employees feel safe.

Cons

Salaries are either on the lower end (about $13/hr), or very high ($100-250,000/yr). If you're in the middle/beginning of your career, you'll max out at about $45K and probably never see more. Top-heavy, and extremely high turnover rate for executive staff, aside from CEO/owner brothers and some key players. **Heard of a high number of layoffs recently that hit mainly lower-level positions (call center and violation processing). These positions were also largely outsourced out of state. Parking (although there is a brand new, huge covered garage) can be a nightmare! Sharing with a top-floor renter with a LOT of employees, it can be hectic and sometimes hard to find a spot, making one late.

Pros

Management takes interest in employee welfare, cares what associates think about the company and they try to always improve. They pay standard rates, they don't try to get off cheap, but they don't shower you in cash. I have nothing bad to say about them.

Cons

Can be hectic and disorganized, the result of too much success.
