Decent pay and used to be a great company to work for

Management has lost all focus and the company is having massive layoffs to cover their inability to make sound and forward thinking business decisions. Morale is horrific and most key people are searching for other jobs since this is a major sinking ship. Just a matter of time until they go belly-up. Do not waste your future here. Management pretends to care about you, but will throw you under the bus to save themselves every time. No backbone and you can't trust any of them
