The constant restructuring of the company creates an unstable environment. Positions constantly get "phased out" and the extra work load gets absorbed by other people without any compensation. There was no opportunity for growth or advancement for my position. New CEO does not seem genuine.

Micromanaging at it's finest, some of the worst leadership i have ever seen. so many people have come and gone in the few years i have been here. they hire a group of people and within 6 weeks half are gone and within another 6 weeks the rest are usually gone and then another training class arrives to take their place. as far as compensation goes it is a a one time deal meaning you get a decent starting salary but getting a decent raise is nearly impossible. most employees did not even get a raise this year and those who did receive a raise were rewarded with about a 1.5 % increase across the board no matter if you were a stellar employee or one of those who do the minimum just to get by.
