Pros

Benefits are fairly decent. Office is clean, new and has cool tables and chairs that move up and down.

Cons

Company expects all work no play. Think, breath, dream verramobility. All about the profit. No resources, lack of employees. No true leadership. Expects more when already giving 120%.. When people leave they are not replaced and rest of team expected to make up difference. Everyone works at 120% but 2% is considered a good raise while I'm sure upper management gets big bonuses.. Those who do the work get less and those who push the work get paid more. Now that Company is public 30% more is expected. Management is to busy to support the team. Clients promised contracts knowing we are not prepared to do it, then expects employees to make it happen without plan or resources. People stay "thinking it will get better" but it doesn't. More and more are leaving. Advice to you.... Just don't apply....

Thank you for sharing your perspectives. There is no doubt that we have been busy over the course of the last 18 months. Our growth has been remarkable and a side effect of that growth is a high pace and workload for all employees. If you look at two acquisitions, a rebrand and going public in a 10-month period – yes we have been working hard. At the same time over the course of the next year, our goal is to invest in core platforms to help relieve some of the manual work/ one-off work on our product platforms. In addition, we will continue to provide goal and role clarity to ensure all employees are clear on what is important and how they contribute to our collective success. We are working had to make this a great place to work, thanks for sharing your feedback.

Pros

Good health benefits and decent pay. There are some recently hired employees who have solid IT experience and the knowledge and desire to improve things.

Cons

This is a big list... No strategic direction.. No action by executive leaders. Too many bullies - including some directors. Leadership not doing anything about the bullies - yes, they are aware. Lack of policies or no adherence to policies. No accountability. Too many silos - each group defines their own process. Lack of communication - the silos do not communicate "their" process, so no one else knows how to engage "their" team. Discrimination. Poor/dated It practices. Poor information security/protection. Employees do not have a voice. Random layoffs.

Not What It Once Was

Pros

I feel the pay I get is decent.

Cons

This company has gone down the toilet. The management uses employees and just throws them away like trash after. They have outsourced a lot of American traffic violations to Mexico cutting employees that helped build this company. This company claims they have integrity but don't believe it. Public safety is the front and the goal is money at all costs. Even if that mean forcing employees to push through violations that are not violations. The traffic equipment is faulty in most cities. The speed of vehicles comes back a lot where there is no way the vehicle was going that fast but they force you to send it through anyway. They promote unqualified people to higher positions because they are well liked. Also the company info on this page is not accurate. Jim Tuton is no longer the CEO. The new CEO is the guy responsible for the demise of this once great company. Jim Tuton was a fair man who cared about his company and his employees.
