Filled with a bunch of empty promises and managers who can care less about the actual value of what their employees bring to the table, when suggestions or problems arise they basically take the information and do nothing with it even though it affects other coworkers directly. This company used to be a good place to work at before they went public, after the only thing that mattered is how much money they would flaunt in their company meetings and making sure their shareholders were happy but completely disconnected and dismissed their employees to the concerns and dissatisfaction that they were showing with this company. Their motto “Do what’s right” can be further from the truth when it comes to the empolles, it should’ve been renamed “Do what’s right…if it only benefits the company if not forget about it”. This place is a complete joke and a mediocre environment to be around. Stay away from this place as much as possible please.
