Sexist on promoting/discrimination against women in authority, abruptly changing schedule with advisement to quit if dissatisfied (with little to no notice or request to see if would agree to schedule change talking start at 8 then changing to 11: even those with children families they are making no exceptions either fall in line or leave ), seems they have little to no concern for employees just that you finish the work and report others to get promoted the more people you betray more likely the higher the position and pay, little to no raise for employees that actually perform (they’ll tell you what to put so they decide what and if you get a raise), they also have it set up to where if you fail you will not get a raise. There is little to no positive comment I can put. They are disorganized and fail to treat people with the respect they deserve to get a functional team aspect they should be striving for.

Did not care for those with disabilities or health problems, was let go for “performance” when I was meeting goals and making improvements based on feedback given. Head some health issues come up, doctors notes were not accepted and they said “it’s either you work today or we let you go” even after it was okayed by higher ups that it was not an issue and I could have missed that day. Leadership doesn’t care, they act like they’re all righteous and once you get your equipment they don’t train you much further but expect perfection even though the videos/photos can’t be 100% accurate most of the time. Blames you for all the issues even though half the time the leadership doesn’t know the laws regarding the violations and for the cameras how they show the offenses.
