      -VM is a stable company that will be around for a long time -VM has some good managers and leaders -Daily work is hard but rewarding -Coworkers are supportive and fun to be around

      Cons

      -Older technology, but to be fair there is a plan in place to fix that -Depending on your role in the company your compensation can be lower than average -Some management staff do not have the skillset to effectively manage personnel or projects (hire people to manage an area where they had no experience in the particular topics - no widget making here) -Based on mistakes there can be long hours to catch up on processing -Sometimes there is not enough work and you are sent home
