      Pay is below average but gives opportunities to grow

      I've learned a lot since working here and I've made some good friends. I like working on projects that make a positive impact on our lives.

      Cons

      Salary is below average. I don't like how they require goal setting but then don't give you the time to work on them.

With respect to competitive salaries, we regularly benchmark our pay structure and conduct comprehensive industry and regional market studies to ensure that we are at market or better for all of our positions.

      Work alone in office, for better concentration

      Manager was never consistent, was a helicopter Manager, would always want to be involved with everything.

We’ve shared this feedback with her and with our Facilities team, along with feedback the employees who work in this location have shared in the past few confidential surveys, and we are already seeing improvements in this workplace.
