      1. Greed has overtaken this company 2. Disrespect 3. Fake Management & Owners 4. Selfish Owners 5. Power Struggle between Management 6. Treated as slaves 7. No family life 8. Unmodest owner physically and through daily communications 9. Profit is only for the 2 owners and their family 10. Management does as they please and everyone else has to follow stringent rules

      Pros

      Work from home, they provide the equipment, and there were no payroll concerns. Managers are fun, and upbeat, and they allow you to express yourself using colorful language when situation befitting, as will they.

      Cons

      Very unhappy customers and management never quite explains how the car renters end up being charged, thus the CSR's must stick to the "script" that makes no sense! Tax information compromised and the Christmas gift card had already been used before I could make a purchase!

      Pros

      The pay and hours are good. Upper management will sometimes treat the worker bees to lunch. Bonuses are also offered.

      Cons

      When in a small office, there is no room for advancement. If job changes and current job holder is no longer qualified, there is nowhere for the current employee to go except out the door. Management ignores bullying in the office if bully is a star employee.
