      Pros

      Trying to think......nothing. Every time a project gets initiated, it gets cancelled when you are almost done. They cant come up with solid solutions to resolve the issues in their failing infrastructure.

      Cons

      Bad managers Clicks No direction, not able to complete projects All over the place when it comes to goals. Could not even troubleshoot their own homegrown application AWFUL
