I always appreciate reviews like these, so thank you for sharing. Our fast growth, which comes as we expand into Europe and as our products evolve, has absolutely brought fast change in many areas across the business. I am grateful that we have people like you who view the changes and new experiences as opportunities for growth and development, and it’s because of you and your colleagues that we are accomplishing great things throughout these changes.

Thank you for taking a moment out of your day to share your thoughts and I’m happy to know you enjoyed our culture and had fun while you were with us. We finished innovating on our inward mobility and internal progression programs in late 2020, and I am optimistic that our employees will begin experiencing much more career growth in the months and years to come.

Pros

Amazing team on the front lines

Cons

Execs preach customer service and employee satisfaction, but only execute based on making profit Massive RIFs if associates who took bullet after bullet taking care of team and customers. Loyalty is NOT rewarded, kissing butt IS It’s not enough to execute and perform, you MUST OT rock the boat, nor be a challenger Conformance is the most important thing. The more smoke you blow up someone’s hind end, the better off you’ll be.

Thank you for sharing your opinion, and I do agree that we have amazing people interacting with our customers and our customers’ customers daily. The reduction in force you mention was unplanned. In fact, 2020 began with a forecast of hiring hundreds of new employees. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, our work volume dropped tremendously as people around the world stopped traveling and stayed home. We first furloughed employees to account for the drop in work volume, but the pandemic persisted, the work volume continued to decline and we did take the unfortunate step of reducing our workforce. I can assure you that this decision was not easy and was not made lightly. You also mention that employees must not rock the boat; however, our culture is designed to encourage employees to do just that. Under our Core Value “Do What’s Right,” we encourage and expect employees to be courageous and step up to address difficult issues and say what needs to be said. Throughout our company’s history, we have made tremendous advancements in our products and processes because employees have challenged the status-quo or suggested alternate ideas. I can’t imagine where would we be today if our employees didn’t regularly rock the boat. I also agree with your assessment that we have invested heavily in corporate infrastructure since going public. Our employees deserve the best workplace experience, and our customers deserve the best service and products. To provide these, we must invest in our employee experience, our infrastructure and other foundational components of our business. We have invested millions in the internal tools and programs used by our employees to serve our customers, and will continue to do so in 2021 and beyond.
