Pros

WFH Data Entry Easy to ask for time off

Cons

-You are expendable! If you are a temp with this company, they will get rid of you with no guilt and no consideration. I started and there were about 10 other temps, including two ladies in my training class (Training is only 2 days BTW and they don't cover even 1% of what they need to for you to do your job well). They send out assignments every day and that includes everyone in your department and other departments and I watched those numbers dwindle until I was the last one. They don't give two craps about temp employees and are happy to offload them without thought. -They do not work with ADA accomodations. I have a disability and brought it up the second day and asked about WFH, which is something they offer, so I was not asking for speical treatment. I was told to wait. I said ok, that was fine, but then was made to wait for three months. They do require you to get access to their system which does go through the government, so yes I understand, but even once I got the clearance I was told to wait. I asked about it a few times, not trying to be pushy, but just to see where it was at and told, repeatedly, to wait. -Getting a FTP is nearly impossible, they tell you that from day one, they don't hide it. You are a temp and you are on a 9 month assignment. If you hit the 9 months (and that's a BIG if) and they don't offer you a FTP, you'll be renewed for another 9 months -There is NO support. I struggled for months, and instead of being offered help, coaching, training, etc., my job was threatened on a weekly basis, mostly implied but there were some direct threats as well. They send out scorecards every Monday to let you know if you've had any errors, and their errors are stupid, if the QA person does not agree with what you said, you're dinged even if your reason makes more sense. I had a 'shadow' session with an employee that had been there for years and she even said that it was ridiculous how they did it, that we were dinged just because the QA person had a stick up their a** that day. You're supposed to get one on ones every week after you start just to make sure things are good and then one every two weeks once you're more comfortable. We didn't. I think I got two in the first three months. They went through a 'restructure' not too long ago, whatever that meant, they didn't tell us anything about it, and switched sups around. My new sup didn't know how to work the system I primarily worked in, so she had no idea how to guide me in that. The one on ones did go to one every two weeks after that but she was only my sup for about a month and a half. Nothing against her, she was doing the best she could but her sup was terrible.

Pros

They had okay benefits and a comfortable office environment.

Cons

Management was keen to dismiss IC feedback, even unanimous complaints. Very few opportunities for vertical career movement.
