Pros

The people are amazing to work with. Definitely a family environment and everyone has each other's backs. Good amenities at the office (Cafe, free coffee/water/ice.) great location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Cons

Priorities change daily. You'll be neck deep in a project and then be asked to scrap it and work on something else. Upper management does not do a good job of creating project plans and sticking to them.

Pros

Nice building Average salary compensation If you have the RIGHT manager, you will like your team (most people like their team, but ONLY their own team)

Cons

Terrible middle management. Terrible product management team (for years) which trickles down to everyone else. Terrible resource management (yup, that means you finance). Another review called it Game of Thrones....truer words were never spoken! The good ones are cut out of the story and the terrible people are around forever. There is generally two rounds of layoffs each year. Benefits are terrible compared to other companies. (healthcare and retirement matching are both below par) HR is completely ineffectual. Exceptional employees are not valued and often pushed out of the business for bringing to light incompetence of others. Management/owners don't think these things are broken because they are making money hand over fist.

Pros

Decent salary Seems as though there can't be a meeting without food (good food)

Cons

Middle managers with no experience in their field or as a manager, so they are threatened by competence, reward sycophants, and demand blind support of the status quo. No new idea is a good idea because it implies you think you know more than your boss or you're just a trouble maker/malcontent. "Family culture" just means your boss is the parent and you are the powerless child - go along with whatever your boss considers family traditions, rituals, or fun, or risk being labeled a problem child who needs to shape up or ship out. No work-life balance - plan to eat at your desk and don't worry about rush hour because you'll be going home long after rush hour is over. No way to get promoted - managers hire buddies from outside the company or (on rare occasion) advance their most ardent "yes man." Impossible working environment, because of "open" design and short, small cubicles - forget about being able to concentrate.
