      Pros

      Executive leadership here is world class! Not only are they smart, goal oriented and accountable, they are fun, approachable and give credit where credit is due. Management here recognizes my individual contributions and encourages my opinion & input. They seek out my skills & expertise and give me autonomy to lead my function with no micro-managing. My colleagues and the rest of the employees that I encounter on a daily basis are collaborative, fun and energetic. I feel like I can really make a difference here and grow professionally & personally. Joining Verra Mobility was the best decision I've made in a long time!

      Cons

      I don't consider these cons, but you must be willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into whatever is in front of you. To be successful at Verra Mobility you must be able to move quickly, be flexible and solve ambiguous problems. Just about everyone I work with here is like this, but those few who aren't do struggle.

Our leadership team has a strong focus on recognition and has implemented quite a few new programs, like the quarterly Team Impact Award, the annual milestone anniversary breakfast, and the new kudos program on the intranet. It’s good to know that our efforts to show appreciation to all of the employees who contribute to the company’s accomplishments is helping you feel valued and that the company is united. I also appreciate knowing that your leaders are encouraging you, that you’re having fun, and that you’re growing personally and professionally.

      Pros

      Verramobility is a place of equal opportunities, Where an employee has the chance to rise while potentially contributing and focusing on the company’s core business activities towards development. Management is doing extremely well to maintain the Company’s core values.

      Cons

      Actually my own area of work has to do with the weather conditions in winter it’s difficult due to adverse weather so as in summer based on the In/Out movement of the job.

      Company is in transition (private to public) and that can be uncomfortable for people who've been around a while.
