      Pros

      The company has been through a tremendous amount of change having been sold to PE company in 2017. That being said, there is a ton of opportunity and the leadership appears to be very focused on making ATS a great place to work. Its not perfect but very much heading in the right direction.

      Cons

      The pace is challenging, so you have to be ready to be all in and commit to the work and values to be here.
