      Pros

      Operations and IT employees care about the business, clients and co-workers.. Some of the benefits are very good and they worked to improve them the past few years, The Safety side of the business is important and helps communities when executed correctly. The Fleet side has a good business model.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership that lacks integrity, continues to lay off employees and cut corners They don't always understand the business or impacts of decisions. Made poor choices in camera partners, poor contract/pricing decisions, no sales channel, leadership churn and constantly changing priorities..

      Pros

      A good hold over job till you're able to move on to something better.

      Cons

      Where to begin? This is probably on of the worst places I've ever worked at. They're more interested in partying than actually having things function correctly. Anybody on a salary is expected to work at whatever hours they want you to and despite being part of another department you are expected to customer services calls. They've also had a security breach where several coworkers personal info got stolen and have had credit cards and loans taken out in their name. This is the type of company you'll be working for. They can't safeguard info but be damn sure you'll be forced to attend the company bowling tournament or be considered an outsider and not a team player. If you want to succeed there you need to drink the cool aid or at least pretend you have until you can find something better.

      Pros

      Flexible, celebrations , we work hard , play hard! The company provides a lot of opportunities to do different things. New technologies, developing processes and attention to detail provides a lot of opportunity to learn. It is fast paced, not a place where you can just be mediocre. So, if you can keep up, you can thrive here. Culturally diverse, open-minded and unconventional.

      Cons

      The system / organization is not perfect but there are continuous attempts to make it better and to make sure everyone is heard. It is a unique work culture , could be challenging if you are not game for anything. Every company has a culture that one has to align with.
