      The company provides safety solutions that help save lives. It's great to be a part of such a good cause. Flexible schedules and generous paid time off.

      Cons

      Legislatively driven, the company "reorgs" every few months. There is no sense of job longevity or security for those who perform well or above average. They allow those who know nothing about the job/industry the ability to make decisions which negatively impact employee moral.
