Pros

Working in VersaSuite is one of the best experiences I had in my career journey. Here you have the chance of being somebody. The reason is the CEO and the way he treats his employee. He is a super kind and generous leader who sees the talent and good in the people and gives them a chance to thrive. I got 5 promotions in the time I worked in VersaSuite.

Cons

I know they are hiring younger people; before that, I would say that most people were around their 50s, but now the internal environment is becoming younger and more upbeat.
