      Good projects. In house fabrication. See your designs get built

      Cons

      No room to grow. Not much growth potential. Low pay for engineers, great pay for random well-connected people.

      Pros

      You will be well versed in operating a lot of equipment, Crane ops, Logistics, its a one stop shop from loading trucks all sizes moving equipment to loading Barges, Supply Boats various sizes.

      Cons

      hard to move up and get properly paid for what your worth.

      Pros

      Custom equipment, creative design work, lots of good ppl, excellent testing facilities, good location, they make good money and pay good.

      Cons

      They live in a bubble. Not many ppl from other companies. Some organizational things could be streamlined. Engineers shouldn't be expected to send a PO to the vendor. Purchasing should take care of purchasing.
