Pros

The company is undergoing rapid change having previously been owned by a private equity firm and now under MetLife. There is clearly an effort to create a better company culture than existed previously. The company has a strong position within the vision care industry and good prospects for growth. Management is accessible. For someone wanting to make their mark, opportunities for growth are there for the taking.

Cons

The company is in transition so there are some inevitable growing pains. Some areas are understaffed and processes need to be rebuilt. On the flip side, the lean structure means there is less bureaucracy than many corporate environments.

Pros

They were great at at onboarding training.

Cons

I felt there was a lack of respect for employees. Versant Health is not a great work place.
