Pros

There are some decent people that work there, but they quickly get used and leave. Definitely not the place if you are looking for a career.

Cons

Poor management, very rigid HR, no concern for employees, and a $20 Walmart gift card for a bonus.

Pros

Truly none. You’re better off taking a position with any other company until you find your right fit that working even a day here.

Cons

No goals, no work life balance, unrealistic expectations, poorly managed if managed at all, leadership truly has no clue how to lead nor do they seem to care about their product or employees, path forward is not promising for the company. They are only focused on the sale of the company and pleasing the board. Losing great talent left and right. No retention plan. $20 Walmart gift card for holiday bonus after brutally overworking staff. Verbal abuse is accepted by management and even justified. Save yourself.
