Not many, as the company just focus on other stuff rather than their employees.

Cons

A company that states they have 33 million subscribers, how come the only thing they can offer as a bonus is a $20 Walmart gift card?

There are a lot of great people who work here.

Cons

The company was recently purchased by an investment firm and was merged with a former competitor. This resulted in lots of layoffs and folks feeling like nothing and no one was safe. Rumor is company is for sale again and that SA location will be closed if not others as well. Company morale is lower than low. PTO keeps getting cut year over year. Senior management expectations are not realistic or attainable. Work/Life balance doesn't exist. Expected to work 60 plus hours a week including middle of the night and weekends.

Pros

Organization is in the process of integrating two great companies and providing the best vision coverage for it's members. Company is taking strategic approach to implement change and urges it's employees to speak up and provide solutions and new ideas. If you like transfolrmational change and want to be a part of it, then this is a great environment for you.

Cons

At tiems there is inconsistency with communication with the top down. If you do not like change and don't want to be part of developing better processes and holding self and others accountable it is not the ideal company for you. Benefit could be enriched.
