Pros

- Remote work encouraged/flexible working arrangements - Talented staff/coworkers

Cons

- Corporate makes unrealistic demands for project performance and provides little support/tools/training to help project managers achieve goals. - The company is disorganized and lacks standardization, culture, or anything else that would define the company as a real brand. - 401k match is discretionary, and currently only matches 2% of employee contributions when it is given. - Lack of resources
