Pros

Select offices have talented employees and middle management. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Upper level management/CEO was clueless and was more concerned with padding their pockets than promoting the company's well-being and employee growth. Employees were constantly treated with disrespect and lied to with empty promises again and again. Because of this, there was extremely high turnover and top-level talent did not stay more than 6 months.

Pros

Versar used to be a great place to work, I loved the people that I worked with and gained variety of experiences through the different positions I held.

Cons

The company is in trouble waters these days and most of the employees feel very unsecured. The company did not take care of its employees.
