Pros

Some of the best people I’ve worked with. Flexibility. Communication.

Cons

Pay could be better. The work environment kind of makes up for it.

Good place to work!

Pros

Full time remote, usually receive preferred shift, flexible scheduling, time off requests honored. Management used to be not so great, but lots of changes have been made and it’s a lot better. Starting pay is significantly better than years ago.

Cons

Working some holidays and weekends are required, but that’s typical in this line of work. 401k match stopped, but we are told it’s coming back.
