Pros

The company is comprised of very talented and caring individuals committed to the organization's mission. Plenty of autonomy given to do your work, but close collaboration and communication expected.

Cons

Lack of funding sometimes doesn't allow for structures like in traditional companies, but if you're entrepreneurial and resourceful, then you'll be at home.

Pros

Most of the people are friendly. Office is nice and in a good location. A good place to start out of college.

Cons

Not as focused on employees and does not have a good motivation factor in terms of monetary benefit. Underpays grossly for the location of work. Lots of commuters from long distances.
