Pros

It is 100% remote so you have flexibility where you can work. Besides management, employees are very friendly

Cons

Managers are terrible, the manager never did his work and would pass it onto others, would leave for multiple hours or fall asleep, and was blatantly sexist but upper management never does anything despite complaints from almost every employee. Pay is awful with starting between 37-40k and very little raises. There is no growth in the company and no care towards employees.
