Great people all in it together in the rank and file. Interesting projects.

Cons

Upper management consistently treats staff like serfs. No pay raise this year nor bonus. Information rarely distributed. Layoffs of essential staff more likely to occur than layoffs of true dead wood. Hidebound culture too embedded to make true industry standard changes to help the company grow. Projects are controlled by Project Managers who have no idea how to manage a project successfully.

Pros

Select offices have talented employees and middle management. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Upper level management/CEO was clueless and was more concerned with padding their pockets than promoting the company's well-being and employee growth. Employees were constantly treated with disrespect and lied to with empty promises again and again. Because of this, there was extremely high turnover and top-level talent did not stay more than 6 months.
