Pros

You get a good chunk of features/projects to own and be responsible for E2E. Can't think of any company that gives so much responsibility for folks with similar experience. Great people

Pros

- High amount of flexibility in terms of working hours, option to work from home - Flat hierarchy, everyone's opinion is counted - Great opportunities to rise fast in the organization, leadership opportunities within a short time frame - Competitive salaries

Cons

- Not many employee benefits like bonus, gratuity etc - In india, employee option not available generally, its on a contract basis that provides flexibility but its also risky.
