Fun job. Pay is ok.

Cons

Not allowed to smoke even on unpaid breaks. Work with mostly women and its extremely catty and dramatic.

Coworkers are hard working, making progress despite challenges. Knowledgeable management, industry wave makers. Branch locations throughout Indy area and select cities in IN

Cons

Competition is picking up, blood usage is down through the industry. Main Branch location is convenient to the business, but comes with safety issues. Steady drop in employee numbers for several past years.

Collecting & providing lifesaving blood donations to people in need, having fun setting up blood drives, meeting new people everyday and impacting lives of our fellow Hoosiers.

Cons

Working for Indy Mobiles is like being on call. The hours change at the blink of an eye and they are never the same day to day. This job is extremely difficult if you have small children at home.
