Coworkers are nice, uniforms are paid for, easy work

Cons

Scheduling is a mess, management has no idea what's going on, zero communication from higher up (SOPs are always changing but no one lower really knows about it or are giving the right tools), extremely unorganized

Cons

Casual workers were overworked because of the lack of benefits. No support from HR and does not respond on time to any questions. No lunch breaks even if you worked 10 hours straight to deal with their donors.

The job is rewarding by helping save lives in the community and they provide all the training.

Cons

The organization has no respect or humanity towards its employees. It’s all business, all the time and that is all that drives the company. Staff are nothing but a number and they are only judged by stats, most of which mean nothing. The hours and work are very hard on the body and there’s no work-like balance.
