Leadership has no experience in this industry and make decisions based on no experience. The blood services industry is unlike any other, when you’re unwilling to learn the in’s and outs of the ups and downs of the industry, please stop making decisions that greatly impact the lives of so many people that have spent so many years passionately working for Indiana blood Center. We used to have a voice and our leader ship used to listen to us, we no longer have any boys and I looked at as meer “pee ons” to leadership.
