* Great people to work with, many of these people are my friends/ family love them! * Great experience, how to run a lab, how to write SOP, how to talk to clients/ doctors * Events to get to know the people you work with, safe parking * They strive to provide Diversity inclusion female leaders, ethnic voices and yearly talk with total team on how they can be more inclusive

Cons

A lot of work and responsibilities Pay could be better- but they are in process of improving this for everyone, it is a non-profit so their are other benefits than pay

Easy to learn driver position.

Cons

Extremely low pay for what you do. Will work you hours over your schedule. Will make you work a 3 and four man job by yourself. Stressful dealing with road rage drivers. Vehicles are not up to par and most of the driving is done on the highway and if ever in a accident I feel you wont walk away unscathed.
