No room for growth at all. Low pay and low raises Management is in their own bubble - disconnected to the issues of frontline workers. Higher ups make hundreds of thousands of dollars and we get the scraps. They have the audacity to ask for us to donate for their new construction while living paycheck to paycheck. We get a pizza party rather than a raise, A $500 bonus each year in comparison to the executives that get $300,000. But i'm supposed to be okay with my $0.60 raise each year, They play favorites. Micromanagers monitor everything you do.
