Work for a great cause.

Cons

During the pandemic management was extremely unhelpful. For account representatives your success is solely based on your territory and goal. Territories often have unreachable goals. Indiana reps-management team does not reside in state which leads to a disconnect of the potential of each territory. Proceed with caution as management is manipulative and demeaning towards reps. Pay does not reflect stress and amount of work.

Horrible work life balance No respect for donor services staff Will lie to you about the hours you will work just to get you in the door Can change your work location and time at the last minute Mandatory 11-12 hour shifts Will make you work on your day off Will not accommodate schedule for school/college Will be forced to work 12 hour shift with maybe 20 min break if your lucky

Coworkers are fun. Interacting with donors is nice. Get plenty of hours working here. They’re always promoting.

Cons

They promote because they are desperate. They’ll hire anyone, you barely need skill. Upper management is a joke. They can’t keep employees. Treat you like a slave to blood.
