Versiti is truly a diverse organization, which includes the executive leadership team. They were one of the few companies I applied that were open to hiring an older employee. They offered very good salary and benefits not easily matched by other organizations. Although I am relatively new to the organization, everyone has been friendly, professional and positive. I have yet to meet anyone disgruntled or disenchanted with the organization. The work space is very nice and technology available is current.

Cons

The interview process was very long, but I interviewed during COVID, so that could be a possible reason for the more elaborate interview process.
