      Pros

      Company is small enough that employees are treated like people instead of numbers. Work is meaningful and has a direct impact on the health of our community and neighbors. When issues do come up, I feel like we as employees are empowered to make meaningful changes and are supported by management to do so. The individuals I share my day with are inspiring and a joy to work with.

      Cons

      There is no formal work- from- home policy and with recent growth, space is extremely limited.
