Great place to work if you're into constantly being busy

-Unlimited hours to work - great company benefits -mostly a good working environment and atmosphere and inclusive

Cons

-crazy schedule/work hours at times -limited amount of employees. Most of the time you are alone and do not have an extra pair of hands to help you work whenever it gets uncontrollably busy. Because of this you cannot really have a proper lunch break or even a proper coffee break if you want one. -Benefits are nice, but do not exactly aid you like how they are portrayed from the company.

they provide training for free that can be used everywhere. room to grow in the company and advance and increase in pay.

Cons

they pay could be better and the management at tinley seems to work in clicks. the hours arent bad but not best for a parent
