- They want to be Agile, but have never provided the organization with a single consistent interpretation of what that means, resulting in mass confusion
-Ineffective recruiting practices, making it almost impossible to bring in talent for new positions, it takes them many months to fill positions other companies fill in weeks
-Salespeople who literally sell products that the company has not actually built yet, putting tremendous pressure on development teams and resulting in sub-par products that don't actually meet customer needs
