      Pros

      Vertex is always looking to promote from within so if you are looking to find a company and stick that company for years and years to come, this is the place. They are a leader in the space where there are not a ton of players. Hug logos and use cases to use to help sell and a full infrastructure of support is already in place ready to assist.

      Cons

      Tax is not the most exciting space but everyone has to pay them and everyone is open to hearing how we can max their tax issues easier.

      Pros

      When Vertex paid full price fir Taxamo, there was laughter around the entire tech space. They bought the Dog. Vertex only supports SAP, and the 20-30 year fossils that are still working there use Blackberrys.
