Pros
It was a good place to work but look elsewhere for a job if you want to keep it for more than a year. They push culture and value well enough. Great career opportunities if you’re from India.
Cons
They hired Accenture and are replacing all jobs with Indian contractors. Why pay a living US wage you can pay these contractors seven bucks an hour. Last year management told everyone don’t worry about your job we’re not going to replace you. Most of the IT team just got laid off. I noticed less and less work coming to me in the way of projects, so thought something was up. My assumptions were correct.
