      Benefits that is about it, Don’t be fooled by the “flexibility”

      Cons

      Basically say good-bye to your life. Overtime doesn’t begin to describe the work hours. Worst of all Management at MSO is -for lack of a better description— a clique of mean girls who act like they are still in high school. If you get on their bad side you are done. They have no concern AT ALL about work life balance. What they call flexibility is anything but. At the end of it they don’t appreciate it at all. The first year is not bad but after that, it gets worse and worse.
