Too many managers, not enough doers. Company has really changed over the years and not for the better. They like to tell their employees they care about them but they really don’t. It’s a lot like working for the government, very socialistic. Often times they are promoting unqualified people into important positions because of who they know. Others are kept on board simply because they have a long tenure. It pays the bills but very frustrating place to work.
